We have had many separate purchases from BBQ Guys and all have been handled with 5 Star plus customer service! They are fast, efficient, exceptionally helpful and courteous.

No issues with this site. Easy to order. Fast shipping for such a large item. Customer service was great when I called with a question. I'm happy.

I ordered the Koda 16 from Ooni, the mfg, where I had to wait for a six week backorder. When it came it was too big for my use so I started a return purchase which took over a week. In the meantime I found BBQGuys.com and ordered the smaller Koda. It arrived perfectly packed in two days. It also came via FedEx which did not require me to sign for the pkg. I love the Ooni Koda and the BBQ GUYS .

We placed several orders with BBQGuys as we were building our outdoor kitchen this past summer. Everything about the experience was great! Their website and order process is easy, their communication is excellent, and products are high quality. When we placed our initial order the beginning of the summer, one of the items was damaged in shipping and customer service was great in resolving the issue and getting us a replacement. We would definitely order from BBQGuys again! Excellent experience!

Ordered items, including flattop grill, kamado joe grill, and stainless steel outdoor kitchen items. Some of the items shipped right away, others are WAY behind estimated shipping dates. The worst part is that customer service is almost non-existent. It takes weeks to get a response. While everything has arrived fine, minus one item, I will never order from them again. The customer service is just too awful. In the case there was a problem with a product, I feel confident it would never get resolved. Avoid these guys.

Terrible Customer Service, I have been waiting for two weeks & multiple emails for a response, any response. My order was shorted an item and their shipping/tracking information was mixed up yet I cant even get a response.

The online experience was good and was easy to select the grill I wanted. Shipping was within the time stated, delivery company communicated well and the package arrived with no damage. Quality of product is great; but putting together was a bit of challenge but it came out wonderful and cooks great. Would recommend this product.
