I’ve ordered 5 bobbleheads in the last two years for Coaches gifts. The faces were great on 4 of 5. It’s definitely worth the extra $19 to have the expert craft it. A little disappointed with how coaches had grays in their hair and the proofs they were completely white haired. First time I thought they hadn’t painted the hair yet and the second time I asked them to add color to the beard but ended up having to hand paint the hair again. Once that was done they looked just like the coaches and are loved. From now on I will choose the hair color instead of relying on photos. Overall satisfactory and I do plan to order more as they are a great coach gift

It was okay. Been sending them pictures of him but still doesn't look like him. It was a fun gift thou

The product and order process was very good, but the shipping was less than satisfactory. Ordered Nov 18, approved bye Dec 9, shipped (they called it dispatched) Dec 15, but didn't show up until January 6. It seemed to just sit in their Illinois warehouse for 12 days. So much for the Christmas present idea.

The bobbleheads themselves look great. Beware of issues with the customer service team and expect to not be kept in the loop very much. Ensure that you order place the order at least 2 months in advance of when you want them to be delivered. To summarize the issues I experienced: -I was provided with an incorrect tracking number, which prevented me from tracking the shipment. There was a lack of consistent communication from the customer service team to provide updates on preparation and shipping, sometimes going weeks without a response. -I was not told until the 11th hour that the originally requested delivery deadline would not be met (no mention was made for 4 weeks prior). -The package arrived after the event for which the items were intended, rendering the order essentially useless despite being placed six weeks in advance. -The 2–3 week shipping timeframe stated on your website was not honored. -The only refund offered didn't even cover shipping. $30 on a $250 order. They did offer a discount on a future order but rest assured I will NOT be ordering from them again simply due to their lack of professionalism and reasonableness

The work for the bobblehead was amazing, however the communication wasn’t the best. There were a couple of alterations I wanted done and they didn’t reply to me until four days later and stated they already mailed it. I reached out to see if I could send it back because I felt it didn’t completely satisfy me and they never replied :(. So I just had to settle. I love the craftsmanship ship but wish the communication piece was much better.
