Hello Connie, We regret your disappointment about the ring. At this point, we have two ways to somewhat alleviate the situation. We will gladly refund the money if you chose to return the ring. We can only credit the card used for the purchase, so if this is a gift we can help the recipient exchange the ring for a different piece of jewelry. This can be done over the phone and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate what is requested. Please bear in mind that the engraving on all of our jewelry is small.
