I have bought from this site in the past and have been blown away by the quality and unique approach to the smartphone personalization market. Also, their support team is nothing short of great. Had an issue with an order being placed with the wrong model (my mistake) and received a response quickly and my issue was resolved.

I ordered a Christmas gift at the same time I was ordering from EVERY OTHER COMPANY in time to ship for christmas so the covid pandemic is no excuse I’ve received every other gift except this one!! Very frustrating! If I had read this website first I never would have ordered because Christmas is 2 days away and I still don’t have my sons phone case... still waiting for order No.136086 and a response to the email I sent them a couple of days ago..... :/

We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with your order. As this epidemic largely affected the shipping time. No one anticipated the extent to which the novel coronavirus outbreak would impact global shipping activities. The email was sent to you please check.

thankyou!!! for this wonderful gift Mostly the Message! that was underneath the screen case. It made me feel thought about mostly knowing that I know your products are still new and need a few tweaks, but that doesn't matter to me. I enjoyed the comic and LED lights on it. just wanted to apologies if I was impatient but just that message of Thought made me feel lil more better..

I ordered from their website 2 months ago and now the order is marked as delivered on a dodgy delivering website and I never received any package whatsoever. I wasn't even notified by the post office. I wrote them an email 5 days ago and another one yesterday and haven't had any reply from them. I would not recommend ordering from them. No received products, no service and lost money. Edit: the order was delivered at the wrong address. The customer service have made the necessary to resend a new package at the right address. I usually get answers after 2-3 days by email which can take time to sort issues. Will update the comment once I receive the products. Update: I finally got the products that are good. It took a very long time though, and got a small gift in compensation for the trouble.

We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with your order. Our support team is working hard to keep up with increased customer questions. Our average email response time has increased to about one day, we're currently not on chat 24/7. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments Please get back to us with your order number or email address or send an email to [email protected] and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location.

Would be 5* but it took 45 days for case to come (switzerland). Design and quality is top and will definitely order again (if they fix their delivery).

I received the case yesterday. Beautiful case. I popped it on my phone and the case cracked. Order number 130520 Bazaardodo insured me this is usually not the result. And the replacement should not be defective. Other than receiving a defective product it is a beautiful case, just wish I could have used it. Awesome service though, they are sending me a replacement. Took about 1 day to get a response.

We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with your order. Usually, the case of glass is very tough and not that easy to broken. But if it fell down or took of or fold in some special force bearing point it may crack. Please get back to us with your order number or email address or send an email to [email protected] and attached a video or image that could describe the problem. We will apply a replacement for you.
