GREAT SO FAR
GREAT SO FAR We went through 2 other companies before coming across Battle Steel. We were so worried our order was going to get canceled and then our doorbell rang today and the kids backpacks have arrived. They appear to be amazing quality. We will see how they do over time.

I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item. I paid $190 for a Level III plate, and received in the mail an $80 Level IIIA plate. I hope Battle Steel corrects this error and sends me the correct item.
