After not receiving part of an order and being charged I reached out for answers only to receive NO answers. Customer service was no help and I was given a run around! Decided to count it as a loss because it was obvious I was wasting my time! If you choose to shop do it in store so that you actually receive what you pay for!

Like the pontoon dont like the 40 mercury have had it 3 months only cranked well the first few times then had to to jump even after going to larger battery now it wont crank at all and needs to go to shop

I ordered a sweatshirt from Bass Pro Shops on Black Friday. It is now almost one month later and I never received the item. I contacted Customer Service asking about the item,and days went by before I received a response. The response was just them apologizing for taking so long to reply. They did not even answer my inquiry. Are they hoping I will just give up and let them keep the $10 I paid for the order? $10 may not seem like much,but it is the principle of it. $10,could feed 30 kids if you donate that amount to UNISEF. Is it really that hard for them to look up an order number? This has turned me off from every ordering from them again.

Complete chaos... took my grandson to get photos with Santa. Signed in for a 2 hour wait... returned after 2.5 hours of waiting and was told we had to wait another hour or so. Horrible customer service, no organization, hundreds of people.... absolutely crazy! We won’t be back!

Ordered abunch of stuff I waited 3 weeks then they call me to take the money off my card another week goes by and I get no products so I call to find out they took the money off my account and are trying to say they sent me the product. Then that nite I get a email saying my order was CANCELED I still never got my products or my money back mind you it's been a month now! Thanks bass pro for taking my money and not giving me the products and your customer service was not helpful and also did nothing for me so I handled it with my bank! What a shame that I cant even shop at bass pro nor cabels becouse they cant keep anything in stock and like to take people's money and not give them what they ordered or there money back. I have had 3 bad experiences with them and no longer will I shop here. The first order I baught 4 rods 2 come broken to my door and they do nothing to help me so I had to cancel my trip! Then cabelas called me a few days later and sent me 2 rods and took care of basspro shops bad customer service Just a shame that now bass pro and cabels both took money from me never again will I shop here. You guys are crooks. I have a huge following in the fishing community and trust me I'll make sure to tell everyone about the bad service and money that you guys took from me now I have to spend alot of time with my bank to get my money BACK! 🖕🖕🖕🖕 YOU GUYS

Cheap products. Bought some gloves that lasted 1 day and a belt that only lasted 2 days. Never seen anything like it.

Buyer Beware: When you make an on-line purchase from a Canadian Store, they hide in the fine print, that you will be charged in American Dollars! Extremely unethical company, after you discover you have been tricked, you will have to spend HOURS on the phone to get your money back, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen, no one knows anything, be prepared to be transferred at least 4 or 5 times and still not have your problem resolved!
