3 online orders being canceled, 1 went through being processed but delayed. Long wait for customer service call. Store shows limited stock , went to one of the store, employee told me they are unpacked , can not be located . Come back tomorrow. My home is 1 hour away from the store.Overall terrible experience.

I am on the phone on hold right now. 21 mins. Placed an order, paid for 2 day shipping. Got an email saying congratulations your order is being processed, 4 hours later got another email saying my order is delayed 3 weeks. Company still has charged me for 2 day shipping, tried chat, not working, tried email, no answer, still on hold, 35 mins so far. I always thought more of bass pro shops, no more! 43 minutes on hold, but the customer service person was very professional and polite.

First of all, Bass pro’s 2 day shipping is a lie. I ordered some on June 11th before 6 am and i got emailed that they shipped on 11th. Many of the items are coming on 16th which is already 4th day excluding weekend. What’s 2 day shipping? Also, I ordered shimano stradic ci4+ and I got email that my order was processed. I got order canceled email After 9 hours later I ordered. Their inventory and order system is bad I think. Maybe they don’t care this situation since they still doing good.

2 day free shipping is just a lie. My review isn't about the particular item that everyone is complaining about recently. This is just a regular purchase on non-sale item, I chose Bass Pro Shop to get some fishing reels because they offer 2-day shipping for qualified orders. I've placed an order 2 days ago and there's no updates on my order till now. The advertisement is misleading. There's no disclosure regarding their delay on the processing time etc. I am sure I am the only one unhappy customer here, hope this starts something and I want to see Bass Pro Shop goes out of business (or at least get bought out to Amazon or some other competitor) in 20 years or sooner.

Title says it all

Two different times in the last month Bass Pro has cancelled my order after I placed it. Both times it was for sale items. The first time it was with the Mustang Survival Bass Competition HIT Inflatable PFD. The sale was for $50 off. The second time was with the Shimano Stradic CI4+ which was $80 off. Bass Pro advertises a great deal. I order this great deal with tons of other stuff and then they cancel the sale item I was lured in by leaving me with all my other purchases. It’s a scam. If they are out of stock then they need to say that because I wasn’t going to order the other crap that wasn’t on sale!

I placed an order before 9 a.m. central time. My order should have shipped thursday coming overnight. Didnt ship till friday. I was offered discount shipping.....really! Items over 50 dollars ship 2 day for free!! All she could say was I guess we were busy. One item is all I ordered. Very poor customer service.

I spent an hour on the phone with a Bass Pro Shops rep making sure that I could place an online order for (QTY 10) of the STLCI4400XGFB SHIMANO STRADIC CI4+ spinning reel when they went on sale on June 11, 2020. I was told I could do so at 10PM central time. I tried and could not and kept trying until 12:15 am when I went to bed. I woke up at 6:00 am the next day and placed the order and my credit card was charged $1,651.00 and it was all good. That is... until, I got an email stating that the order had been cancelled because the reels were "out of stock" These were not to be for resale. They were for friends, some of whom are fishing and hunting guides who like myself, spend thousands of dollars at Bass Pro Shops every year and sometimes monthly! If they do not get back to me and make some arrangements to honor the sale, my friends and I will NEVER place a single other order with BPS or their affiliate store Cabelas (Yes, BPS bought out Cabelas...) EVER AGAIN!!! PISSED!!!
