Bass Pro ShopsReviews of basspro.com

I found a flannel lined women shirt in the store but not in my size. I ordered the size I thought would fit and it ended up not fitting. Unfortunately I learned that I get charged for shipping to get it and get charged to return it. So out $15 or so will never order from bass pro shop again!! What a waste of money!!

Ordered a hooded sweater got a hooded silk shirt ,called for a return label ,told me I got to get my own at fed ex then charged me $7.50 for adjustment fees when it's better just to shop at tackle warehouse every time you purchase something from them you get a return label in the Box solves all the problems right there ,,bass pro and cabelas will not do this, I will never shop ay Bass pro shops ever again.

Sadly the giant is almost dead, but doesn't even realize it! Every since Bass Pro Shop purchased Cabelas their customer service and website excellence has steadily gone down hill! Cabelas use to have one of the BEST WEBSITES in the world for online shopping, however now its truly a very terrible website at its best now, and most the time doesn't even work! I unfortunately have approx. $1,200 in Cabelas points to spend, however for the most part I have no online vehicle to spend it on, because it simply either works extremely poorly, doesn't work at all or when it does, it ends up just locking up and you lose everything in your queue. I typically spend around $180K to $200K on my Cabelas Mastercard throughout the year and end up with $1,800 or more in Cabelas points to spend at Christmas on their website. I can unequivocally state that this will be my last year participating! I will be canceling the Cabelas credit card, club account and stop purchasing online from Cabela / Bass Pro Shop indefinitely! If they choose to continue conducting their online business the way they have been for the last three or four years, specifically their terrible website, then my prediction is that very likely they will end up failing anyway. Thus I will take my business elsewhere! I'm sorry to see, a once great company, fail so miserably and not even be aware of said failure! It makes me very sad. I do however think the once online giant is already dead! Sincerely, GS Carrell

Wanted to buy a Raymarine Fishfinder online that was on sale. Put it in the cart, paid by CC, selected 1 day delivery, reviewed the order and then I get a message that there are no units in stock. WTH. They have in the ad, free home shipping. Why are they advertising a sale on an item they don't have and then after you pay for it get a message none in stock. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN ONLINE FROM BASS PRO, CABELAS Or any of their AFFILIATES.

The manager at the gun counter sold me a G force arms gun that came out to be a miss firing gun, the point blank lied to me when he told me my gun was sent in to be fixed, well it never left the damn store after 30 days I lost it, I told hem to go get my god damn gun and he was a frecking lier.

Bought a new pair of Lacrosse rubber boots on sale. Price was great and shipping was fast. However, they came in the original boot box with ONLY the shipping label on one side of the box to seal it!! Anyone could have easily lifted the other of the lid and stolen the boots. Very disappointed in the lazy and irresponsible packaging.

Bought a new tritoon for the warranty the salesman kept bragging up all ok until I needed warranty work done two years later underpinning pans fell off said it was rivet corrosion so no warranty this boat gets cleaned with dawn evertime it comes in as to there instructions lights went out same thing powder coating came off Capt seat same thing there warranty is a joke it only gets worse but don't have the time very disappointed
