Elias was the most patient, knowledgeable customer service rep Anywhere! He totally walked me through all the steps of setting up my Baselane account. He stayed on the phone with me through many glitches and remained positive throughout! Whatever you need to do to keep him on your team- do it! Only thing that would be Awesome- would be to give him a Direct line! When customers have a great experience- they want to be able to get back to that rep!!! Elias is a pro for sure!!!!

Elias was very prompt in a response to my issues. And I really appreciated the information provided to fix it (closing accounts). As well as the reminder to see if I was able to complete it. It was perfect timing after a busy weekend where I forgot about it, but needed to be addressed.

Just started using the app and right away I had issues with my phone number. I sent in a ticket for assistance and the folx there got right on it. They were so fast and courteous I couldn't believe it. It took a total of 5 hours to solve my problem, which is SUPER fast considering other companies service. Would def recommend.
