BaselaneReviews of baselane.com

Ziad was extremely kind, curteous, and helpful. I had a very stressful situation and he took a lot of time and made sur that everything in my account was restored correctly. I would highly recommend Baselane and their team!

The agent was amazing and truly coached me through setting up my account. It was so easy and I can't wait to get started using Baselane to simplify my property management work.

Excellent customer support I have had a great experience with Baselane. Their customer service is responsive, helpful, and professional, and they actually follow through.

Baseline should be on any real estate investor’s tool list. It’s a one stop shop for anything regarding renter, banking, and taxes. Clean and intuitive interface. But the best part to me about using baseline is, in the world of ai and automation, they still have the human touch. Zahraa was the customer service representative that helped me, she’s calm, and quick at making decisions on solving problems, I was very pleased by her service and responsiveness. It’s the little things like this that can make a business stand out.

My support representative was so patient with me. He guided me step by step through the entire setup. I highly recommend him with customer service.

I had Baselane connected to my banking account, however, there was some glitch that was causing the connection to not show. After speaking with representatives from Chase, they were unable to help me fix the issue. I then spoke with Ziad from Baselane who was able to walk me through the chase banking app and help me resolve the issue. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and im pleased with my experience. Thank you!

Mona was amazing. She took time with me as a first time user and gave me a full overview of how to use the Dashboard. Customer experience is so important and she knocked it out of the park.
