Beware!! Very Shady Casino
If I could give negative stars I would. I was playing and maximum bet was .40. I won free spins and got over 50. I went to a megaway game once again max bet was .40. Spun a few times got nothing so went to a jokers megaway game. Saw 50 in the bet box, assumed it was .50 like all the other low maximum bids. Turns out it was 50.00 and one spin done. This is definitely a pathetic place to play. Stick with a reputable place to play- not here. I’m sure they will ask for more info to flag this review but it is 100% legitimate

I may give 5 stars after I see how my redemption goes but I can say I started with welcome 2sc,got up to 40 by dropped down to 3.45 then I hit a 90dollar major on a 20cent bet. Ended up 137 and change altogether. So I am enjoying my experience so far. We c....like I said...how redemption goes. I redeemed 100 to bank while ago..I'll check in a.m...thanks Bankrolla...

Repeatedly Denied for Using a Virtual Card – Unacceptable Practices
Title: Repeatedly Denied for Using a Virtual Card – Unacceptable Practices Review: BankRolla’s verification process is fundamentally broken for anyone using virtual cards—which are now standard for secure online transactions. I submitted every piece of documentation available from my card issuer, including screenshots and statements. Like all virtual cards, mine does not display my name or full number on a single screen or document. That’s not a flaw—it’s how they’re designed. Despite this, I was asked again and again to provide documents that do not exist. I explained the limitations clearly, multiple times. Instead of offering an alternative or escalating the issue, I received copy-paste responses and dismissive replies that ignored everything I’d already said. At one point, the tone even bordered on mocking. I’ve since filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Oregon DOJ Consumer Protection Division. I’ve also requested escalation to a supervisor—repeatedly—with no meaningful response. If you use virtual cards or expect to be treated with basic respect as a customer, I strongly recommend avoiding BankRolla. Their system is outdated, their communication is unprofessional, and their refusal to adapt to modern payment tools is unacceptable. Gave them my bank conformation that card numbers don't appear kn statement. Upfay 6/21 Title: BankRolla Is Stonewalling Payouts – Still Demanding Impossible Documents Review: BankRolla continues to deny my redemption request, now claiming they need a bank statement for a charge that was made this month—even though the statement hasn’t been generated yet. I’ve explained this. I’ve submitted every piece of documentation available for my virtual card, which, like all virtual cards, does not display my name or full number on a single screen or statement. They’ve ignored that reality and keep recycling the same demand for documents that do not exist. I’ve asked for escalation. I’ve been met with silence or copy-paste replies. At this point, it feels like they’re just stalling because they can’t—or won’t—pay out legitimate winnings. This company is a scam
This company is a scam. When I created the account I had to send in documents to verify the account. Sent the documents in and had my account verified almost immediately. Fast forward,I ended up "winning" $150 but my redeem request kept being denied by the non existent "finance department"who apparently couldn't verify my identity using the SAME DOCUMENTS that were used to verify my account initially . Over the coarse of one week I was asked to send in numerous forms of identification including a picture of myself holding my driver's license, a picture of the debit card I used to add money to the account and even my BIRTH CERTIFICATE ,as requested, in an effort to verify my identity, AGAIN, and collect the $150 I rightfully won. Needless to say I never received the payout. I requested the account be closed and that's when they came back saying that if I sent my birth certificate in they could approve my request but after I sent that in they emailed me saying that the "finance dept" still denied my payout !!! Which is INSANE!!! Especially being that these same documents were used to verify my identity to open the account. I ended up disputing all charges with my bank and was refunded the money I spent on this stupid site and I also hired an lawyer who is working hard to make sure that I receive MUCH more than $150 from this company when it's all said and done! 0/10 I DONT RECOMMEND!!!
