Found this site useful in helping me find preforeclosure homes.

Most listings have been sold years and years ago. You can only view a few listings daily with a paid subscription—terrible service. Canceled subscription immediately.

Just be cautious, very few of the houses they have are still for sale. Most of them have already been sold. Their website is not updated enough to show actual live listings. I gave them 2 stars because their customer service was fast and friendly and refunded my money without question.

this website is a scam, they list properties which are not anyhow in foreclosure processing, causing current homeowners unwanted harassment. I highly recommend you stay away from this.

I signed up for the 7 day trial for a small fee. every listing that i looked into was old listings.some had sold years ago.

My house is listed for sale on this site but I assure you that it is not. This site is scamming people listing houses that aren’t for sale. Hire a Realator.

These people will rip you off! Not only do they charge you before the trial ends, but they will not stop charging you, even after you cancel. You will have to stop payment with them at your bank. Save yourself the headache and time reading through the false information. None of these properties are in foreclosure. The agents listed are wrong numbers or disconnected numbers.

These people are THIEVES. Started the trial on June 21st, contacted them on the 26th to cancel = NO RESPONSE. They stated "7 days trial" which would have meant the monthly charge should have started AFTER those 7 days, i.e. the 29th. Without responding to my cancellation request, they put in the charge $39.95 on the 28th and then cancelled the service on THAT SAME DAY!!! I am suing this phony business.
