Bandmix gets results , last time I was after a female singer , got a great one . This time I wanted a Sax player , got a great one , the good thing is you get to choose and listen to demos so you know who will suit . Bandmix forever !

Everything is behind a paywall and most of the musicians on there are already too busy or flaky. Not a viable platform if you are looking to actually make music with people.
