Bandicam and Bandicut are two of the best programs I have used on my Windows 11 machine, now upgraded from my 12 yo machine. Thanks for a great product that for me is very cost-effective and delivers as advertised.

Using this program for 5+ years and it is a great asset for screen recordings, especially love that you can use it for free within limits, which is why it is so great for tutorials and short demos. However, why I can't give it full 5 stars is the quality of audio if you try to record the vid with the voice - you can't hear clearly even through changing the microphone option (I tried both with built-in mic and with the earphones, both were horrible). But if you need to get only the visual part, this is a nice solution for sure.

Do not buy Bandicam! I bought Bandicam + Bandicut for life, in order to help me, not to block me, but the recording is started even if I was not close to the laptop for 2 days and even 16 hrs. The 2026-06-02 12-30-37-796.mp4 was impossible to see. Solve this problem or I want my money back! When I tried to inform you, I was blocked to register together with my family for not seeing the code in the dark area!

Hello, We take genuine customer feedback very seriously. However, following a rigorous internal review, we have strong reasons to suspect that this review contains malicious, false information intended to defame our product. Here are the facts: No System Records: We have absolutely no record of any purchase, email inquiry, or refund request matching your account information. Illogical Technical Claims: Bandicam never starts recording on its own unless a user manually enables features like 'Scheduled Recording'. Furthermore, your claim about being "blocked to register together with your family in a dark area" is completely fabricated and does not reflect how our software or registration system operates. We do not tolerate coordinated malicious reviews or fraudulent claims. If you are indeed a legitimate customer who purchased the Bandicam + Bandicut lifetime package, please provide proof of purchase by emailing us at [email protected]. If no verification is provided, we will proceed with reporting this account and review to Trustpilot for violating their guidelines regarding fake reviews. Thank you, The Bandicam Team
