Got the helmet for a good price. Note there are no directions. The chin strap length seemed too short. Finally figured out i needed disconnect straps from screw mounts. There was an additional grommeted hole at end of both straps which allowed additional length

Ordered a large helmet cover for my Ops Core SF Super High Cut ( size Large ) and it fit way too big. Granted, I did speak with someone from Customer Service prior to purchasing, and they did explain these covers are made specifically for their helmets and if they didn’t fit an Ops Core then I could exchange it for a different size. I have sent that one back and waiting on a size medium to come in. Hopefully this one will fit fine. Other than that, the cover looked nice and well made. Hopefully the Medium will work fine

The service given by the company was great due to the punctuality of the delivery and the product it self has been flawless for when it comes to use. The straps and ratchet retention system give a very sturdy fit and the padding is good.

I recently bought a gen 1 helmet from the website but haven't received any word on when it'll get here or a tracking number. I've already emailed and sent a message on Facebook but no one has responded at all. I just want a response on what's the situation.
