Hi dear, sorry for hearing that you don't like our hair. Normally our wig cap zise is medium.Because we did not receive your note for a smal wig cap, then we did not customize the small wig cap and ship it directly. If you think it is too large for you, we have the elastic bang and clips inside of the wig, you can adjust the size. If you want the small wig cap, could you pls leave a note to us when you check out, then we can customize it for you next time. If you think the hair don't like the pics, could you pls send some pics to us? We will report it to our factory and we will improve the quality in the future. Really sorry again, we promise that we wil pick up best hair and apply the best discount for you in your next order, could you pls give us another chance?

I got Bodywave bundles 18 20 22, they're true to length with no shedding at all. The hair is very soft and has remained that way after working out as well. I've been wearing my sewing for a month now and I haven't experienced it tangling at all. I DO RECOMMEND BAISI HAIR TO ANYMORE VERY VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. I will be back very soon.

I love my wig. Soft and manageable with plenty of beautiful curls. I colored the wig to my preference and the hair was easy to dye.
