This experience was great and satisfying because I wanted a customized color and they was attention to detailed to make sure I would get what I wanted. She asked me to send a photo of my hair so they could match the color as closely as possible. Ashley also shared that they would expedite my order so it would arrive within 4–7 business days and offered me a discount on my next purchase. Omg! Absolutely do not buy anything from them. I bought 2 wigs, spent over $200 and the hair stink and look 100% crazy. Nowhere near like the picture! Mad AF! And the lady on WhatsApp wont let u return and refund your money. Giiiiiirrrrrllllll! Im hot! Reply to seller - i have no reason to lie. And you would not let me return it or give a refund. And like I said, the hair is nothing like the picture and it stink!!!!!
