I was provided immediate assistance by Ashly with their customer support team. She was very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable of the service. I appreciate the attention and will be making another purchase in the future.

I placed an order for a small cap size and that is not what I received. It has drawstrings but because I have a small head I had to cut away so much of the hair along the hairline I feel like I paid too much for what I received. I am very disappointed with Ashley the customer service representative.

Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we customized the small wig cap for you and added a drawstring inside. if it is still too big for you, you pull the string more to make the wig cap smaller. We are sorry for the unhappy shopping experience caused, we will pay more attention to your order and customize smaller wig cap for you. We cherish the opportunity to satisfy every of our nice client like u. Please give both of us another chance. Thanks

I had the best experience with Ashley from Baisiwig to make sure that I would receive a small cap size unit. She worked with me and made me feel confident about placing an order. She is very knowledgeable and has patience.
