As soon as I placed the order I was immediately greeted warmly by Ms. Ashley. She went over my order with me paying close attention to my personal request. She let me know that she is willing to work with me if I needed anything else. Excellent customer service and great communication. Based off this alone I will gladly shop with this company again!

Hi dear, We’re truly sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience and any confusion regarding your cousin’s order. After checking our order records thoroughly, we couldn’t locate any purchase under her information, which suggests she may have placed the order with another vendor. All our wigs are crafted with 100% pure human hair and undergo strict quality inspections before shipping. To give our customers complete peace of mind, we provide a 30-day hassle-free return guarantee. We sincerely hope you’ll give our store another chance someday. Thank you for your feedback.
