They designed a template that tripled our click-through rate (we tested with an AB test). They also found a problem with our email setup that was causing email to be pushed into the promotions tab. All fixed now.

Seth has been a great help in getting things up and running. His knowledge of what is best for optimizing e-commerce using Mailchimp has been invaluable, and is allowing us to focus on other important parts of our business while trusting him with that important part!

We contracted Small Biz Triage to perform an evaluation of our Mail Chimp Campaign and then provide follow on services for our campaigns. Seth was our point of contact and after a very brief review and test of our campaign told us he would be in contact with us for a new strategy and direction, which is what we prepaid for. Unfortunately Seth never reached back out, almost a month later, when a prompted email for a review was sent, he called. The bottom line is that they charged us for a service that provided no real takeaways and then left us hanging. Zero apologies, zero excuses, and zero professionalism. If you are looking for Mailchimp assistance I suggest you take your business to someone who really understands the business and cares about clients.
