We are Canadians flying home from Hawaii and this process was superb. We received the tests before we left and the video proctoring was excellent. We received our results within 45 minutes and we good to go. The partnership with West Jet was very convenient!!

On a whole I was very happy with this testing experience. Customer service was excellent. It was nice to have access to a phone number to talk to somebody when I experienced a glitch with the app. The service was professional and efficient. Thank you!!!!

Allen was a fantastic proctor, took time to explain and was very patient with my 81 year old mother. Our test went smoothly, he was knowledgeable and very professional. Great job!
