Ayla has the most unique and comprehensive selection of clean beauty products. Dara and her staff take the time to listen to your skin care concerns and make the best recommendations. I want one of everything in the store! It's also just such a cute spot!

Ayla is truly a treasure of beauty and self care in San Francisco. Dara has created a haven of wonderfully curated products from around the world. I so appreciate the personal attention and sincere recommendations from the Ayla skincare experts. Melissa did a makeup session with me and I learned so much, especially that I should use cool tones. I had no idea and now I feel more confident selecting makeup colors.

Unfortunately, expensive products does not equal top-notch customer service with Ayla. Even though I've reached out to their cs, no one has replied regarding the double charge they executed. Not only were all of my shop reward dollars redeemed to pay for my product in full, but Ayla also debited my bank account in full. As much as I love their products, I will not patronize a business who doesn't put their customers first.

We're glad we were able to chat about this and clear the air since we did not execute a double charge. We'd appreciate an update from you here! Thanks.
