The best service imaginable! Before finalizing my large order for Roman shades, Award Blinds made sure that every detail was correct as submitted. The delivery was earlier than promised and the quality exceeded my expectations. All this at a fraction of the price quoted by brick & mortar vendors. Now I wouldn't consider any other source for window blinds & shades. I'm a real customer, not compensated in any way for this glowing review. Once I placed my order online, I received a phone call to verify the measurements before they sent my order to production. I'm glad they called because after speaking with the friendly customer service rep, I realized that I should change my measurements by an inch. So thankful they called, love the blinds! I plan to order another set for the basement sliding door, great blinds and terrific at blocking sun and cold breeze around door! LOVE THE BLINDS, LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lovely blinds, perfectly sized and awesome customer service

One of my blinds had a stain on it, they asked for a picture of the stain. They sent a e-mail back with the reorder of the damaged blind all in the same day. Wow amazing what a great company.

This is my first experience purchasing blinds "online" and I could not be happier.
