Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that the transport process did not meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the pricing changes, delivery timing, and communication throughout the shipment. In the auto transport industry, quotes are based on market conditions at the time they are provided, and carrier rates can change due to factors such as route demand, availability, and operating costs, and massive gas and diesel increases that the country has seen since February. Updated pricing was explained to the customer prior to the vehicle arriving to the port in FL. We understand how important accurate updates and realistic timelines are, especially during a major relocation. While carriers ultimately control the transportation schedule once a vehicle is in transit, we recognize that clearer communication could have made the process easier. Your feedback regarding pricing transparency, communication, and delivery expectations has been noted and will be taken into account as we continue working to improve our service. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and wish you all the best in your new home.
