I had received 2 letters reminding me of my Toyota coverage expiring soon so I called today to get informationto renew. Jim was polite and informative. I believe he did a through job of explaining coverage and the perks of continuing the coverage.

The agent was very helpful in explaining the Platinum coverage for my 2017 Nissan Sentra. Also, how my coverage will be active until July 31, 2025 or until 101,000 miles. I paid $160 down yesterday and starting August 2, I will pay $146.61 for 18 months to be fully covered. The agent told me that I have a $0 deductible if something happens to my car for repair. I really appreciated the good service. Thanks!
