The parts came and went in as explained as the representative had helped me with on the phone. The diagram was also helpful that was sent by the representative.

The products were exactly as advertised, they were delivered quickly.

Recieved a part that did not fit. Kar took full responsibility--issued an RMA and emailed me a shipper for USPS. Printed the shipper, followed the very clear return instructions using the original boxes and packaging. Carried to box to my mailbox in front of our house (we have a large one), raised the flag and I was finished. Awaiting my full reimbursement, including shipping. Thanks Kar.

The hose I ordered was pictured and described as an assembly.. Two hoses joined together for transmission cooler lines.. A competitor was 20 bucks less showing the hoses individually so I order here. And what I got was one hose. I explained it to them and gave them the opportunity to fix it and they very easily understood my confusion as they had to call ACDelco to get clarrification themselves. I was issured an RA and the product will go back tomorrow. I was able to have a local hose manufacturer make them up much less expensive. It cost me 1 week down time. Pleased with the fact that they understood and fixed my dilema. Not pleased with the product.

2nd purchase of door handles and last . Product is very cheap plastic and doesn't hold up. Installed brand new one out of box and broke during the installation,very bad product
