My reconditioned radio was in good working order. It arrived when promised and was packed securely. The price was very reasonable.

Ordered a part, paid for it, spoke with customer service and arranged for delivery to a commercial address at their request. A day later I receive an email they were out of stock, their database said 3 in stock....they did refund my money but a lot of unnecessary hassle when all they had to do was keep their inventory straight.

Ease of ordering and shipping were fine. Item description was inaccurate and i would have never placed the order if i knew. Now i have a useless item collecting dust.

Stacy was terrific at getting me my order.

My part arrived within 3 days after ordering and it was in great condition !

The first part, ABS Module, was defective but a replacement was sent at no charge...pronto. The replacement was good.

sun visor was a little dirty for very good condition rating advertized ..RRU

Helpful folks, great parts selection, good prices, speedy delivery: these guys are on it! I found parts on their site that were unavailable anywhere else...
