After second attempt to match my car color completely failed they just refused to send me proper matching color without any feasible reason, despite I’ve provided all pictures. This place is a scam. Stay away and save yourself from trouble

I bought silver metallic paint for my truck... according to their website the color i bought was an "exact match"! Guess what...was totally different and it was crap!! No where near the color of my truck!! Oh but according to their website it was an exact match!! So I wasted money now I have to buy more paint!! If they were a good honest company they should send the correct paint since I already paid for it and it was their mistake sending the wrong paint! I've emailed them but haven't heard back as of yet! Do the right thing! Own up to your screw up send the correct paint or issue a full refund! Was your mistake not mine! Do not waste your money on this company!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY!! DO SOME RESEARCH AND FIND A MUCH MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY!!! THEY SUCK!! THATS WHY THEY HAVE A 3.5 STAR RATING! GEE I WONDER WHY....

I placed two separate orders for my car paint job. I got my color code from my car and ordered the paint, it came on time with no problem, then I made the second order in the same color and it took about 2 weeks till I got it and it was the wrong color so I made a ticket I sent all the pictures as proof but they did not accept it and the reason was that the warranty was not covered for the vehicle under 2010. They did not want to accept the fact that they sent me the wrong paint color code on my second order. Very bad customer service.

Buyer Beware — Wrong Color Match and They Hid Behind the 30-Day Policy I purchased factory-matched automotive paint from AutomotiveTouchup.com for my 2026 Ford Explorer in Vapor Blue, expecting the color to match the factory paint as advertised. It did not match. I didn’t discover the problem until after their 30-day window because this was a project I purchased the materials for in advance. When I contacted AutomotiveTouchup and showed them the color-match problem, instead of standing behind the product or even offering to remix the paint, they refused to help because more than 30 days had passed. That’s the part I find unacceptable. This isn’t a case of me changing my mind about a product. I ordered paint specifically mixed to match my vehicle, and the paint I received did not properly match the factory color. A custom-mixed automotive paint may sit on someone’s shelf for weeks or months before a project is actually started. A 30-day deadline doesn’t change whether the paint was mixed correctly in the first place. I spent considerable time preparing, priming, painting and clearing my part, only to discover that the color was noticeably wrong. Now I have to sand it back down and redo the job, buy replacement materials, and spend additional time correcting it. What makes this especially disappointing is that their website advertises a color-match guarantee. Apparently, once 30 days have passed, the accuracy of the paint they mixed becomes the customer’s problem. I wasn’t asking them to pay for my labor or the other materials I wasted. I simply expected them to stand behind the paint they mixed and provide a correctly matched replacement. They refused. My advice: If you buy paint from AutomotiveTouchup.com, spray a test panel immediately when the order arrives and compare it carefully to your vehicle—even if you aren’t planning to use the paint for months. Do not assume that because you supplied the correct factory color information, the paint in the can will actually match. Based on the product I received and, more importantly, how the company handled the problem when I brought it to their attention, I would not purchase from AutomotiveTouchup.com again.
