Would give zero stars if an option and cheaper isn't better if you want professional service. They scheduled my appointment 3 days earlier and yet upon arrival and waiting over an hour I was told they wouldn't have my windshield until tomorrow. Could you have told me that when I arrived or better yet give a courtesy call to not waste my time? What a complete waste of time. Don't deal with this...keep it moving to a more reputable company.

i had my windshield replace, nationwide insurance sent me to this place in huntsville,al my wife picked up car, after she got home i looked at it , it had a crack at the bottom about 3 '' long. had to bring it back 35 miles again and leave it, then go back and pick back up. employee did it when he installed it. they do rush jobs just get you out the door.

This place replaced my windshield in April. I wished I inspected the windshield when they were done. There was a ton of damage done to my car. When I talked to one of the ladies she asked me to bring in my car. When I brought it in she acted car was older. Tried to blame the damage on me. When I told her my car was 2018 and I bought it in 2019 she had no other excuses. She offered to replace the cheapest part. My paint is damaged and will rust over time. The scratches are parallel to each other like a tool was used. A car tech even confirmed this. Plus the wires for my rear view mirror and my antenna were not put in correctly or just lazily put back. I now have to have this fixed. With the scratches on my car they tried to put the blame on me and wrote on my receipt. I thought they were talking about chips on my door. When I paid this wasn’t explained or shown to me. The plastic pieces that they broke under my windshield are the cheapest that needs to be fixed. The lady there tried to say that it happens over time. My car is not THAT old. Nothing else like this was giving me issues till I came here. They clearly didn’t care about the work. I am a single parent with one income. I now have to take my car in for more repairs. Costing me more money and time from work. Do not go here. I do not recommend them in any way. They are doing nothing to help cover for damages they did.

I responded to the advert where you are invited to book online, DONT do its a scam, I booked on one and they never turned up never phoned yet when I renewed my insurance policy they told me that I had claimed for a windscreen which was total nonsense, in my opinion it was a scam and I wonder how many more people they conned into booking on line, like I said earlier DONT DO IT.

If one regularly drives New Mexico roads, you will likely need to replace your windshield as I did. I received a $500+ quote from Safelite. UGH! Shopping around I found Auto Glass Now on Indian School Road in Albuquerque. I filled out the online form and the next day received a quote of $165 to replace my Ford Escape windshield. Great savings even after the round trip from Santa Fe. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was immediately given a friendly welcome. Completed the paperwork and 80 minutes later the replacement was done. Good place, good staff. Will use again if necessary.

This turned out to be an awful experience. First, I made an appointment for 1:00 but they didn't start until 2. I just wanted them to install a new regulator in my 2003 Odyssey. After the technician disassembled the inner door, he opened up the part and held up against the door and claimed I had brought them the wrong part. I called Autozone and rechecked the part number. It was good. So then They sent me back to Autozone where I compared it to another one they had in the store. It was the same. So I look inside the door and I can see it is the right part. The technician was holding it upside down when he claimed it was wrong. I took it back to Auto Glass Now and started to show him it was indeed the right part. He interrupts me to say I don't know what I'm talking about. At which point I called him an idiot. Then went inside to tell them. They defend their "professional" technician. Then I called her an idiot too out of frustration. I take the van and regulator to a competitor just a block away. They installed the regulator but would not reassemble the door trim. Then I took it back to Auto Glass Now so they could put it back together like they said they would. The manager refused to work on it. It could have been OK. It's just the technician was acting like an idiot but they blamed their failure on the customer.

The staff was very helpful, got us in right away to fix a window that wouldn’t roll up. Gave us a couple of options to choose from.

great work along with customer service , stuck to the estimate and returned the car on time.
