These guys are legit! ALWAYS contact them after an accident because they will tirelessly work to get you a Diminished Value claim. Auto Claim Specialist (ACS) was recommended by my Mercedes dealer. ACS was excellent throughout the whole claims process, they were 10 steps ahead of Progressive. ACS knew exactly what Progressive was going to do before Progressive did. ACS saved my car and I would recommend them to anyone. "God Bless Texas" Jim

After an accident, I took my car to a local body shop. They advised me that the damage was such that the insurance company would likely total my car. They offered me a brochure and recommended I contact Auto Claim Specialists (ACS) if the offer I got seemed to low. ACS explained how the system works I decided I had nothing to loose. The insurance company offered me $13,113.44 for my vehicle along with information on comparable vehicles. I checked prices on a couple of websites and felt the offer was fair. ACS estimated they could get $1,500 more for my car. Once I turned the matter over to ACS they handled everything with the Insurance Company. When all was done i got $2,750.81 more for my car.
