The company would not pay return postage on a part that was incorrect. The picture on the box was what I ordered but the part inside was different and would not fit my vehicle. I ended up paying the return postage. Bad business for $10 in return postage fees.

I have not receive products i ordered and never received a confirmation email or tracking number. There’s no response from the company, No one answers the phones they automatically hang up and the live chat function is not available. Don’t buy from this company, they are fake!!!!

These people are scammers. I ordered some parts, but till now, I still haven't received any update or communication from them. The number they provided is not going through, the live chat is fake, and as I'm typing, I'm on the phone with my bank to dispute the order.

I purchased rotors & brakes for my car, website said would fit my 2018 honda accord, they don't fit! I contacted them over the phone was told it would be taken care of, just send email with my car vin # and the parts #'s of what they sent me. I get emailed back stating I have a honda accord sport, you can send them back to us for a refund, but have to cover the cost of shipping. The shipping cost is equal to what I paid for the parts. This was my first time shopping with this company & definitely the last, definitely no customer satisfaction guarantee with this company!

Spend a little more money to get better automotive parts from a trusted source. I purchased a brake kit for my 2016 Sentra back in March of 2024. I ended up paying $193 for rotors, drum covers and brake pads. I installed it the first week of April and in less then 3 months the rotors and drum brake covers were full of rust. I reached out to them thru email because after calling at least 5 times to get a hold of someone, the machine always said no-one is available to answer your call, then would hang up. They replied back and told me to fill a warranty form which when reading says they do not cover rust. I was screwed over and now have to spend more money to do my brakes again.

They advertised a part for sale and I spoke with a sales rep who assured me it was in stock and would ship that day. 2 days later I get an e-mail saying they could not ship my part because it was out of stock. I am an auto repair professional and this left me in a bad place with my customer.

This company sucks and I will never use them again they sent me parts for the wrong truck and yet to get a call or talk to a live representative about the problem.the phone number is fake because it put u on a hold then hang up. They give you the run around about a refund 7/18/24 still haven't got my refund
