This is a good product and good quality.

I bought this projector from the official Aurzen website, yet it was shipped from Amazon!! I asked them to cancel my order before it was shipped, they ignored me for 3 days, shipped the package, and responded 3 days later to tell me that it's too late. The tracking number didn't work, and I haven't been notified that the package was left in my mailbox. The projector takes ages to connect (and I still couldn't connect it even to wifi), it's really not bright even in ideal conditions, and it's extremely noisy!! I asked Aurzen for a return, they offered me a 30€ partial refund if I keep it, I said no and asked for a return again. So they offered me 60€ as partial refund if I keep it!! (I paid 180€ during sale), which means that this garbage costs a piece of cake to make, and you can see that! I still refused, they asked me to return it to a warehouse in the UK, and to pay for shipping (which would cost me around 50€ as an individual!!), of course I refused, so they gave me a new warehouse adresse in Germany, I paid 11€ to ship it, and still waiting for my refund... Since I paid with PayPal, they will also charge me a 3.6% transaction fee! Avoid buying this product, or anything from this company, they're thieves who sell low quality tech for an astronomical price...
