I Contacted the company via their website after having an issue with a machine that was past warranty. They were quick to respond and offered many troubleshooting suggestions to try. When these didn’t work they offered to send a new cable free of charge to see if that was the issue. They also offered a discount on a frame if I decided to buy a new one. The cable worked and I didn’t have to pay for a replacement frame. In a time when customer service is not always good, it was such a great experience to deal with a company that provided prompt service and stood behind its product even when it was out of warranty. Very impressive!

Our frame had stopped working and I contacted them and I was immediately sent out a new power cord which sort of fixed the problem except we had to do a hard reset and lost all of our pictures, but again they came to the rescue and put them all back for us. The Aura Frame is a fantastic product and I had a problem that it stopped working. The support team at Aura immediately sent me a new electric cord and now it works great. If your looking for a great digital picture frame I recommend this company's product.
