I was sent a replacement even though it was my error. I did not have to pay to return the product even though it was my fault.

Tried Audien hearing aids beginning Aug '25. Have had 3 different Audiien hearaing aids but none worked acceptably (continual buzzing in right ear). Many emails and chats with Audien personal with many repititious suggeations, none of which worked. Personal seemed to have minimal knowledge but all pleasant. Finally have given up. Requested a refund but got no reply to that.

A buzzing or whistling sound is often related to feedback. This can happen when sound from the speaker is picked up again by the microphone. It may be influenced by factors such as the fit of the hearing aid in the ear, the size or type of ear dome being used, or how the device is positioned. In some cases, buildup such as earwax or the volume level can also contribute to this sound. Small adjustments in fit, dome size, or positioning can sometimes help reduce or eliminate the buzzing. We understand that you have already tried several suggestions, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Great customer service! The Rep helped me reset my Mom's hearing aid which the charging case was either turning up the volume on it's own while I was just holding the case, or if I put 50% on one side the other would also go to 50%.
