I spoke with Charlize, and she indicated that I am working with my Audien Ion hearing aids correctly. I will continue wearing the hearing aids to make sure they seem to be working okay.

The Bluetooth is terrible. It disconnects constantly meaning you have to carry the charging box with you. In a noisy environment the back microphones don’t turn off meaning you can’t hear shit. I’ve had expensive aids, they are much better. I will go back to them.

It's easy enough to buy an Audien hearing aid, but you may need a few tips to make then easy-to-use and effective. That's where Audien technicians come in, and at no charge. I just spent a half-hour video chat with an excellent technician. He heard me out and gave useful advice that resolved my concerns, some things I would not have thought of. He spoke understandably and used images instructively. My experience is better as a result, and I am confident that I will use these hearing aids successfully. And I can call back again any time.
