I was looking for an online unlock service since unlock was unavailable locally due to updated baseband version. At first I was hesitant since it was my first international online transaction and I was unsure if the service would deliver as advertised. But I took the risk and went on with the order. Email response was prompt and they were able to unlock the phone within 5days - just in between the expected 1-10days advertised processing. Service is highly recommended and I would definitely avail of this service in the future. Cheers!

This is an awesome service, please read carefully trough all the information before making your purchase. I requested for 2 ATT unlocks and it took about a week to get my phones unlocked. I would totally recommend this service to everybody specially if you are looking to save some extra cash from other similar services.

I ordered my unlock on 15.15.2014 this took 19 days to have a result, I emailed them on december first, they telled me they expect result this week and as they said I got my reply on december 4th but unfotunatly IT was NOT FOUND because of wrong network. I Was sure I had AT&T....So I tried on another site, this time I got my iphone unlocked and in only 3 days. I was disapointed with their service of unlocking I feel like they just picked my money :( .....But after ALL I GOT a partial REFUND of 10$ wich I appreciate.

Dear Anass. Thank for leaving a review here. I'm really sorry that we couldn't unlock your device. However you purchased the service for AT&T iPhone when yours was not locked to AT&T. We received Not Found results so we checked the IMEI to find out why. Here are the results of iPhone network checker: MODEL: IPHONE 4 16GB BLACK A1332 GSM IMEI: 0128XXXXXXX8028 SERIAL: 881XXXXXA4S FIND MY iPHONE: OFF HW WARRANTY: Out of Warranty (0 days) PHONE SUPPORT: No phone support (0 days) PURCHASE DATE: 2010-07-24 PRODUCT SOLD BY: APPLE INITIAL CARRIER: UK FLEXIBILE APPLE CHANNEL DEFAULT ACTIVATION POLICY PURCHASE COUNTRY: UNITED KINGDOM SIM-LOCK STATUS: LOCKED *I put X's into IMEI and serial as it is a confidentional info. As you see, iPhone is locked to UK FLEXIBILE APPLE CHANNEL DEFAULT ACTIVATION POLICY and was purchased in Great Britain where you can't find AT&T carrier. According to the User Agreement https://att-iphone-unlock.com/terms-conditions/ there is no refund for the wrong carrier or -$5 fee. But we took $1.99 only. Have a nice day and sorry if any inconveniences Kind regards, ATT iPhone Unlock support team

Order placed on: 9/03/2014 Received my money back on 11/22/14 after sending multiple emails to complain on how long it was taking. Total Wait Time: 80 days Advertised Time Limit: 1-17 business days Conversation with their support team: Hi, My phone was expected to be unlocked by last week or this week max and it is still not unlocked. How much longer will it take? It's been almost 4 months. On Nov 12, 2014, at 2:38 AM Dear Consumer, we are expecting results this or max. next week. Have a nice day! On 12.11.2014 2:49, wrote: Hi, Do you guys have a maximum time limit for unlocking phones? It's been 70 days and still not unlocked. Please give a honest answer and not a template you sent out to everyone. Sent: Wednesday, October 15, 2014 12:41 PM Dear Consumer, your iPhone is still in the unlocking process. Nowadays ATT unlocking is not stable and delays are not excluded like it's said in the description to the package and article in the News category. There are no faster service. But we are doing our best to deliver unlock to you. If we won't be able to unlock it you will receive full refund. Sorry for inconveniences On 15.10.2014 20:22: Hi, It has been way past the time you guys said it would take to unlock my phone. I would like a full refund please due to the false claims that your company displayed on your website. The website and item description said 1-17 business days. It had been 30 business days. Almost twice as long as 17 business days. I have been patiently waiting but this is unacceptable. On Oct 7, 2014, at 3:37 AM: Dear Consumer, your iPhone is in the unlocking process at this moment. We are waiting for the results from day to day. Unfortunately ATT servers are down right now which doesn't allow us to get unlock. But we will do it ASAP. IMEI: (sensitive information) Order ID: (sensitive information) I will be contacting about your order to rush it. You will receive email when it will be completed. Have a nice day! On 07.10.2014 1:15: Hi, I paid to unlock my iphone 4s on September 3, 2014. It has been 23 business days and my phone is still not unlocked. I purchased the 15 dollar (external reference) that said it would take 1-17 business days to deliver the request. I keep checking the status of my phone on your website and it says "in process". However, I tried checking today but now nothing shows up when I input my order id number. Can I get some help on this issue please? Long story short: The absolute worst service ever. They never unlocked my phone and did not give me my money back until I emailed them that they told me my phone would be unlocked by next week max and they never even replied back to that email. The next day I got a email from Paypal saying that I was getting refunded. And when they told me "there are no faster service", I paid another company to unlock my phone and got it unlocked in 2 days. They lied to me saying "nowadays ATT unlocking is not stable". But how did I get my phone unlocked so fast using another company?
