didnt notice any particularly negative aspects to the whole premium experience and the online chat was helpful and kind. But i also found the connections a little slow and not always snappy, so im going to consider other options before committing.

I appreciate the very kind and personal answers. And they have been in time. The fist hint was not so helpful - it was a standard one, but I already did it and I mentioned it (kill the process an restart). The second helped perfect: to deinstall and new install AtlasVPN. So the help was very good. But the issue itself, that the app does not work after normal update, instead a deinstall is necessary, should be solved in a more easy manner.

Product support is certainly prompt, persistent and helpful....not faulted to date

They are very fast in replying my query. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my 3-year subscription because they don't have the server where I wish to watch my Netflix from.
