Asura offer insanely good pricing on web hosting reseller accounts and their support have been top notch with helping me get setup and solving issues! Spent days looking around and couldn't find anyone with a better deal. Nice job my dudes :)

Use them for our entire radio station (Streaming, website, domain), can't fault them. Also made some exceptions for us when we could not pay on time.

I have been with them for nearly a year, we have had endless issues with them, the good reviews probably comes from people hosting 1 website but they can definitely not supply agencies that hosts numerous websites. I lost clients because of them. The sites become inaccessible if you open two pages at a time, the support that takes 12hours to reply cant find the issue.

I do see an Agent got in touch with you directly to get this sorted and migrated your account to a node a lot closer to you earlier in the week after your confirmation. We did suspect this was due to your connection to the node from your region as you were quite far from it, something we can only really try to resolve by putting you on a node closer to your region with the hopes that your ISP takes a better connection path to it. If you have any further updates please do let us know within the ticket as well. The node change should have rectified it for you. Carlo

Been using them since 2017 (Yes, almost a decade now..), great overall host and no serious issues since we've been with them. Pricing is something they really take seriously, we've only seen some price increases with cPanel but thats about it.

Been using their streaming service for our radio station for the last year, never once had an issue. Contacting them a couple of times for advice on getting things setup (Live encoders/etc) and they were prompt and answered all my questions, thank you!

I can't praise ASURA HOSTING enough for their exceptional service! I encountered an issue with hosting, and within minutes of reaching out for support, their team was on it. Not only did they promptly address my problem, but they did so with efficiency and professionalism that truly exceeded my expectations.

Very slow when uploading and downloading files to the file manager, the speed is only 2 Mbps. But when uploading MySQL database, the speed can be up to 30 Mbps.

Hello Mekartek, We have been in contact with you regarding this but have not received any response thus far, this is due to your internet service provider. Unfortunately that would be something that we cannot address, it has to be addressed directly over at your residential ISP. I do see the operator that handled your ticket did double-check this and was able to max the servers network port both through FTP and the File manager directly. He has sent through the logs via ticket as well. We would recommend contacting your ISP to have this fixed for you. Carlo

Truly an underrated host. Everything about these guys is top-tier and I am not saying that without experience. Been with a wide variety of hosting providers over the last 10 years or so and these guys beat everyone on everything, pricing, support, speed, features (Literally everything) They go out of their way to actually help you with issues that aren't even related to the hosting account like when I accidentally messed up my site by installing the wrong wordpress plugin for instance. Even helped me fixed login details that I forgot for one of my sites I was always used to it being the "norm" for a hosting provider to just provide the basics and thats it, your left to do everything without bothering them. That is not the case with Asura Hosting, glad to have found them a couple years back. Thank you Asura!!
