Asura HostingReviews of asurahosting.com

Asura Hosting has been awesome for my small business. It's cheap but still very reliable. My website is always online and easy to manage. The people who work there are kind and always willing to help. I'm very happy I found them.

It was good for a while, then things started going downhill. They have server issues which affects your website in a number of ways. There were also email issues. The site would be down for sometimes days at a time. Once up, support would say that there were no server issues. The gaslighting was annoying and not helpful. Because of server issues, which manifested on my website in different ways, I ended up trying to troubleshoot and did so for days, thinking it was an issue I had. I wasted weeks, WEEKS troubleshooting server issues, I thought were website issues. If you want consistency, they're not the place. I've moved to another hosting company and compared to the problems I was having, I'm happy to pay tripple the hosting fee that I was paying at Asura. The trouble isn't worth the cheaper hosting. Lesson learned.

Asurahosting has been a fantastic experience overall. I was expecting decent service for the price, but I got way more than that. Their team helped me move my site over, set up my SSL and even fixed a small issue I caused myself.

I was a bit skeptical because of how affordable Asura Hosting is, but wow, they really deliver. The performance is top notch, even compared to much more expensive providers I've used before.

I run a small e-commerce shop and hosting reliability is everything for me. Asura Hosting has kept my store online and fast through every sale and traffic spike. Their support team is quick, polite and actually helpful, no copy-paste answers.

Unfortunately, my experience with Asura Hosting has been very disappointing, especially regarding the email services. The email hosting quality is poor. Messages sent from the servers frequently end up in spam folders, even when proper configurations are applied. This has caused serious communication issues with clients and partners. In addition, the service performance is slow and unreliable. The email servers often go offline without any prior notice, disrupting daily operations and affecting business credibility. For a company that targets professional hosting solutions, this level of instability and poor email deliverability is unacceptable. Reliability, uptime, and proper email reputation management are essential, and sadly these expectations are not being met. I hope Asura Hosting takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality, stability, and reputation of their email infrastructure.

Their customer service is very interesting because when i raised a ticket i got response faster than i could have imagine, even when i got personal request on my payment due date to be extended for further days, they actual did me a favor for adding couple of days i request so i could pay my service later on. kudos for the good customer care service.

I moved all my sites to Asura Hosting after getting tired of my old host constantly going down. The migration was handled so professionally, everything worked right away. Their support answered every question I had and they don't send those generic replies other companies do.
