Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Asocks - feedback like this is really important to us. The 3GB promo code you used is a temporary test bonus for new users. The terms of this offer specify that the bonus traffic is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation, after which it automatically expires, even if you haven’t used the full amount. We understand that you relied on information from another person and from AI tools, but those are not official Asocks sources. The most up‑to‑date promo rules can always be confirmed with our support team. Once a promo code is activated, the Asocks dashboard shows a countdown timer indicating how much time is left before the bonus expires. We added this specifically to avoid misunderstandings about validity periods. Account suspensions are only applied when our system detects a serious violation of the rules or suspicious activity, and we’re always ready to explain the reason in a support reply. If you’d like us to take another detailed look at your case, please contact our support team and we’ll recheck the situation and do our best to help within the framework of our security policies.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience - we’re sorry it turned out this way for you. A few points from our side: - We offer multiple proxy types, including residential. Saying they are “all datacenter” is a serious claim and we’re ready to check your specific IPs. - We do not ban accounts without a concrete reason. Bans are applied only when our systems detect clear violations or risk signals. To double‑check what happened in your specific case, please contact our support so we can review your account in detail. - Our refund policy is based on the terms accepted at sign‑up: "No refunds shall be made for termination or cancellation of the Pricing Plan. Should the User no longer desire to subscribe to the System, it is the User's responsibility to cancel the subscription in a timely manner. All charges incurred are final and non-refundable except at our discretion and in accordance with the rules governing the System. By way of derogation from the above rule, each User shall be entitled to a refund in an amount equal to the number of unspent GBs. It shall only apply to refunds within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the last payment (not after the initial purchase of the Service Plan). " According to our information from the support team we have received your request for the refund and now it is on moderation.

We’re sorry that you encountered this issue. We’ve double-checked your case, and it appears that the services you used may have been relying on outdated or inaccurate geolocation databases. However, there may also be other factors that contributed to the account ban, not necessarily related to the proxies themselves. Browser fingerprint, time zone, the number of accounts managed through the same proxy port, and other environment settings can all play an important role. The case you described is quite unusual, and we would like to gather more details to better understand and resolve the issue. Please reach out to our technical support team. They will carefully review all aspects of your setup and provide comprehensive assistance.
