Accurate advice, but......
The advice was spot on with regard to getting my ice maker to work again....BUT, it was unclear from the process that I was signing up for a subscription service. Received good advice, but felt manipulated.

The technician Harish was a tech hero.
The technician Harish was very patient and helpful withe text instructions. I came to him very extremely frustrated with xfinity and peacock web sites instructions. He was very insightful and quick to get me hooked up to the right sites quickly. He took the pain out this .He is to be commended for his efforts. Thank you again.

The person I talked to was polite
The person I talked to was polite, easy to understand, and gave me the answers I needed. I haven’t received the part I needed yet so don’t know how easy or hard it will be to fix. At least I know who to talk to if I have a problem. Very happy with this service
