I'm always skeptical of online help…
I'm always skeptical of online help sites but since the initial fee was only $5 I took the chance. Colten was outstanding. He took me step by step through everything that need to be done to get to the root of the problem. I was even able to keep the chat open while I waited an hour to get the tool I needed to finish the job. As soon as the problem was determined a web address was sent so I could order the part from Sears. It went right to the part I needed. The entire experience was outstanding.
