I talked with Kevin-CPA on July 14 and Cobby-CPA on July 15 and they both gave me good information to move forward. I finished my return and submitted it. My only suggestion would be for Pearl Chatbot to be able to retrieve information immediately upon receiving the call via phone number. I had to go thru the whole intake process each time I called within a short time.

Well, I saw a price of five dollars and so I did it. I would never have agreed to $70 and that is what my card has been charged so I am very disappointed. This feels like a scam.

He told me to try Michael’s for a plumber but they will only do plumbing for items purchased at store. Not Austen’s. fault but Just said I was charged $5 for service but they charged my account $58.
