I liked what he said but the connection was not good and I had a hard time understanding him. I am VERY upset by the $70 charge. I was not told that in advance and I would never have paid that kind of money to get an answer!!

I knew most of what this attorney was saying but what he was saying was important being able to access someone so quickly was great. I need to give me a good phone number to call so all excellent thank you.

Patient, professional and pleasant

The second time I called the technician was able to understand and resolve my problem. Unfortunately the first time I called another technician apparently did not fully understand the problem and was unable to help me.

The technician is knowledgeble and was able to answer my questions.

We were unable to fix the problem, however, we did try many different things and none worked. Very professional and patient, as we were totally unfamiliar with mechanical items.

The gentleman that helped me was able to figure out my situation and send me to the appropriate person to fulfill my requirements
