Good advice
Although it was hard to connect, the doctor answered my questions and provided additional guidance with a summary for my use. It was helpful and put my mind at ease until I can get to my regular doctor.

First doc was a putz, 2nd one was great…
First I asked if I could have a video chat, was told ok, that didn't happen. First MD was slow didn't read what I typed kept asking irrelevant questions even though I already gave info on it. Was very unhelpful, but the just ask operator was the worst.

What a great service!
What a great service. I explained my symptoms and was connected super quickly with the doctor who assessed my symptoms and provided treatment information. He then followed up in the next hour to check on me and provided additional information that I can share with my doctor when she's in the office again.
