The agent was knowledgeable and patient with me. I am NOT savvy and the issue was taken care of in a moderate amount of time. I only wish that I did not have to enter all my credit card info. It makes me uncomfortable to produce this info and get charged $5 to finish the request.

The doctor was good, but I was told that it cast $5 and then I received a bill for $55. It's a scam! Don't trust them, they rip you off!

I waited for a phone call for over 30 minutes and the phone call was literally one minute long. All the pediatrician told me was to go to the ER. He didn’t ask any further questions beyond what I provided the AI assistant and didn’t ask for photos. A big waste of time and money.
