Communication was difficult to get this job going. The "prompts" structure on phone is frustrating. My attorney thought the translation was sub-par. I cannot opine as I did not read the Hebrew - I just passed it along

I did NOT receive the translation after 12 hours from purchase (I paid higher rate specifically for that rush time-frame), and, unfortunately, I needed it in that time frame. I had to actually send an email asking where my translation was way after that time-frame, to get it with some lame excuse that they had already emaied it to me (but somehow, although I would get all the other emails, the one with translation got lost in the space). Not happy.
