I was extremely impressed with this company!! From the ones who answer the phone to the delivery service...everyone was so nice and professional. I couldn't get anyone in Monroe, MI because every company was booked..so had to look to Adrian, MI. So thrilled that they were able to provide us with 2 Porta Pottys for my Grandson's Grad party in LaSalle, MI. Thank you all for such wonderful customer service!

The unit was filled with graffiti and was filthy

Our dumpster was not empty when it arrived. The driver seemed surprised when he saw and said this sometimes happens. I hope I do not get charged if it was considered toxic. Otherwise the drivers were prompt and professional.

Needed a toilet delivered the next day, and they got it there. Very nice folks to work with.

Cancelled services and took 2 weeks of talking to somebody before refund was issued. I was told I already had it and that was not true. Dry messy on the financial end. I will not deal with ASAP ever again.
