Customer service is very good. The email follow ups about what was rented is not good. The email I get from ASAP makes me question authenticity. In today’s world there should be no links and standard business fonts! I would recommend ASAP to friends and family!

Delivered on time, clean the driver placed it where I asked and it was picked up on schedule. Will definitely use this service again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everything seemed to be on track considering they reached out to me about a week earlier to tell me that the two stall trailer I wanted was unavailable but they had a three stall they could rent to at no extra charge but a couple hundred for delivery. Got my email the night before they were supposed to arrive that they were coming and nothing. From that day I was calling asking for an update on the ETA and all they could do was pass on a message to the hauler or whoever they claimed they had to reach. Day of my event arrives and still no information. At one point I had my cousin and sister calling them and then they finally say something about a department being closed on weekends and that there’s pretty much nothing they can do. Luckily I ended up finding something last minute and still never heard from this Godforsaken place of what happened to my order. But come Monday morning, they had the gaul to charge me. All this messaging they were doing, they couldn’t figure out I never got the service? NEVER AGAIN
