Great placement! Communication was spot on!

First off I tried to change my order from 2 portable toilets to 1 portable toilet well before the 5 day cutoff, I have the email ticket from ASAP requesting that change. The request was never acknowledged. Next my order was supposed to be from 10/14-10/17 and the portable toilets did not arrive until 10/16. We did not have bathrooms for 2 days on my wedding camping trip. JC assisted me with customer service and mentioned we would receive a full refund and because of that claim I accepted the portable units when they arrived late Saturday (10/16) afternoon. Apparently the call where JC said we would receive a full refund was either not recorded, destroyed, or ignored. They still brought out 2 units instead of the change to 1. At the time I was unaware that if I accepted them ASAP would use that against me and claim that since I accepted then I would no longer receive the refund. Unreliable and untrustworthy, this company is corrupt.

If you don't know what size dumpster you need, do not depend on them to know the size. They have absolutely no clue and this company is over charging. Call someone else before getting any dumpster from them.

I got the porta-potty exactly when it was promised, very clean, right where it was supposed to be. THANKS

The potty was very clean. It was good that toilet paper and hand sanitizer was included inside. More than 48 hrs after first used ,the potty was still smelling fine. It was easy to access and maneuver within.

The unit I ordered never came. I need a full refund immediately. Very dissatisfied.

Tiny bit stressful when the unit was delivered to a neighbor three blocks away. Fortunately driver was able to come back within 20 mins and correct the issue. Other than that, it was perfect for our Oktoberfest!
